i want to pursue industrial training after 4 months, but my only weakness is i don't have fluency in english speaking. please suggest me some tips how can i clear my interview.

is englisg must? i mean i will be able to communicate welll after few days in that atmosphere but how can i enter there?

Every Day read at least 2 hours an English news paper. TOI would work since it has a lot of interesting matter to read. go through the dictionary for any meaning of the words you have not understood. as far as possible talk to your collogues in english in your daily conversation. you may also read a novel or a magazine at night while going to sleep.

u only mentioned that ur english is not fluent, thats y i suggested.
though this is not compulsory, knowledge and personality is more important, if ur confidence goes down due to this feeling, i wud strongly suggest do join classes ASAP.
