Hi,
I just wanted to know whether Indian Income tax is applicable for Expatriate Staff (Foreign Employees) ? If yes what is the slab?

Indian income is taxable for all. So if foreign employees's salary accrue or received in India, it is taxable for him. Slab rate is same i.e. 1,60,000 but employee can not avail slab rate of 1,90,000 in case of women employee, slab rate will be 1,60,000
