AN INCREASE IN THE AUTHORIZED SHARE CAPITAL OF A COMPANY WOULD BE EFFECTIVE FROM WHICH DATE, THE DATE OF FILING OF FORM 5 OR THE DATE OF THE BOARD MEETING?

The Increase in authorised capital will be effective from the date of passing of such resolution in shareholders meeting and not Board Meeting.
Form 5 will be filed with ROC within 3o days from the date of passing of resolution in general meeting.
