Hi,
A Pvt Ltd co having Auth. capital of Rs.3 Cr and Paid up Rs.2.75 Cr, wants to increase Paid up by 25 Lacs. What is the procedure as per The Companies Act,2013

To e-file form PAS-3 with in 30 days of board meeting.
