explain in details about sec94(1)(a) of the companies act 1956 and tell me about other relevant section related to inc in authorised share capital of the company

When you are talking about increase in share capital by issue of shares then section 94(1)(a) will be applicable. Other clause of section of 94(1) is not dealing with increase.
