25 January 2017 Dear Sir

I want to incorporate a company limited by shares as per CO Act 2013.....Can Anyone tell me about the documents which need to attached with INC-7 and at which time DIR-12 And INC-22 have to be filled with ROC. And Payment of stamp duty.

25 January 2017 Now incorporation forms has been changed to INC 32, INC 33 and INC 34. These are linked forms to be filed simultaneously. For attachments, please refer the instruction kit of the respective forms.
