28 June 2012 I WANT TO INCORPORATE A NEW COMPANY IN WHICH THE PROMOTERS ARE CITIZEN OF INDIA BUT NON RESIDENTS, THEY RESIDE AT RUSSIA (MOSCOW)
THE PROMOTERS ARE ALREADY DIRECTOR AND PROMOTER OF AN EXISTING COMPANY.
WHETHER NOTARIZATION OF MOA AND AOA AND SPECIAL POA IS ENOUGH OR ATTESTATION REQUIRED BY INDIAN CONCILIATE.
PLEASE CONFIRM WHAT OTHER DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR INCORPORATION OF A COMPANY LIMITED BY SHARES.
