I am working as a Accounts Manager in a finance Company a pvt owned individual working under the name & style under Partnership Firm .Now we propose to start a new business by floating a New company as a PVt Ltd Company.
In this regard i would like to know what be the cost of Incorporating a company with reference to Fess & License and also the amount payable to the Company Secretary .
I have no idea regarding the cost of floating a company . The Place will be in Visakhapatnam .Kindly appraise of the estimate of total outflow.

The fee to ROC depends on the Authorised capital. If AC is Rs.5 L Floating cost will come around Rs.25K approx.

In addition to that, stamp duty for the Memorandum of Association , Articles of Association and form -1 has also to be paid on line. The said duty for Vizag is as follows:-
1) MOA -- 0.15% of share capital subject to a minimum of 1,000/- and maximum of5/- lakhs.
2) AOA -- Same as above
3) Form 1 -- 25/-
Next is professional fee at Vizag on which I am not aware since stationed at another state.
