I Am a account assistant and i filled a income tax return forms online.i was made some mistake to fill up the itr4 form in sheduled computation of income tax there is verification column i was type another client name but the pan no is correct so it is wrong to send this copy to bangloru,and i will not revised this form because date if filling of A.Y 2012-13 is over....please help me as soon as possible
