is it necessary to efile incometax return before 30 september if the assessee is an audited case and has uploaded audit report under 44ab before 30september?

To avoid interest u/s 234A, income tax return has to be filed on or before 30.9.2013.

If your books of accounts are prepared, audit has been done, then why should you wait for uploading the return.
