For Every Individuals Income Tax Act Provided Some Exemption Limit......
If UR Individual Below 65 Years Then In F.Y. 2008-09 UR Basic Exemption Limit is Rs. 150000/-.
If UR Gross Total Income Exceeds Basic Exemption Limit Then U Need To File Return.
and Accordingly..........
