Dear sir/Madam, My friend was a salaried employee, he has earned a income of Rs 350000 per annum ,and after claiming chapter VIA deductions and HRA the total income was Rs 200000.,And he also income From playing Card Games is Rs 21000 (30000-30000*30%) after deducting TDS @30%.In 26AS tax credit TDS on winning from card games also updated Rs 9000. Here my doubt is how can we get refund of Rs 9000,Because his total income is Below exemption limit. and which ITR form we can use.
