A labour contractor has income of Rs. 490000 IN AY 13-14. TDS OF RS.4950 DEDUCTED FROM IT. then he distributed that money to labours. now how he file return to refund tds. and how amt. given to labour shown in return.

you need to file ITR4S. the deemed income shall be Rs 39200. as simple as that.
