Dear Experts
Many of clients did not received their refund of itr filed online. ITR was filed since last 3 months.
What would be procedure to get these refunds at earliest.

Firstly, go to the e-filing website and check "CPC PROCESSING STATUS".
If the return has been processed, then check refund status on income tax website.
If the return has been processed, then check refund status on income tax website.
