Income tax refund

19 November 2011 I File my Income Tax Return Online for FY 2009-10. It's refund case around 50,000\=. Now they send my refund chq. through speed post, but my door was closed. i enquire bangalore, what they said you enquire your local authorities, because we can not process again. I enquire Local authorities what they said if you are filed online file so we can not do any things. please guide me what to do ????

19 November 2011 You may call on toll free number provided on Income tax efiling website. give them necessary credentials which they will as you and request them to resend your refund they will send you the new one, oncee your earlier refund cheque will expire i.e. after 90 days from the earlier date of issue of cheque.
