12 November 2010 Which IT official should be approached for the reminders for IT refund due but not recieved for A.y. 09-10 where the return has been efiled and the acknowledgement has been sent to Bangalore and e-recipt has been received

12 November 2010 If you e-file, refund will be transferred automatically to your account if you mentioned correct account number and micr code number in the return. you may contact your assessment circle for refund follow up. Bangalore CPC only for receiving the returns, you cannot contact there for refund follow up. If your income tax refund below 10K, your assessment circle can be issued. If more than 10K, you need to fill form 30 along with the income tax return, e-receipt copy and submit with your circle & get the acknowledgement. with in 30 to 45 days your income tax refund will be transferred.
