At which address income tax refund's cheque is sent,the one mentioned in the return or the one registered in PAN.??

(Mostly, now a days they do not send cheque. The refund is directly credited to your account number given in the return.

on a sampling basis, dept does select some cases for sending the cheque. This automatically confirms the PAN details. Anyway, now that you are sure that cheque is sent, make the follow up with CPC.
