Can anyone tell me
if a person has income from one employer for 2 months say 63866 ( no tds deducted thereon)
& income from other employer say 328168 for 10 months (tds deducted 9036)
then how we taxed our total income as after summing up both the income, our tax liability increases.
i need your sugesstions?

Give the details of salary drawn with previous employer to the current employer and ask him to deduct TDS on total salary received from both employer.

but the current employer did not consider the salary from previous employer
and the current employer deduct tds only on the salary paid by current employer
and the current employer deduct tds only on the salary paid by current employer

Then you make advance tax payment and file the return.

you can make your self to calculation of total income and taxable income and arrive the tax,and compare the tax liability and tds if tds is more then file the return online with refund, if tds is less make the difference payment with interest and file the return.
