I have financial year 2012-13 salary income above 2,50,000.00 eligible income tax deduct every month.I I.T.Return filed regularly.

Hai bhavesh your question not clear. However according to my understanding i thinking you asking can you deduct tax every month? is it correct then yes, you can deduct tax at every month equally by estimating your tax for the F.Y.2012-13.
