my assessee is having income from lawn business rs. 2000000/- and properties income rs.4000000/-. he is required to get his accounts compulsorily audited u/s44AB of i.t.act 1961.

Tax audit will not be applicable u/s 44AB.

Section.44AB applicable for Business income, so in your case tax audit will not apply
