dear sir,
Transportation of material incurred on dtd-25/03/09 but party submitted bill dtd-01/04/09 showing Bill date is 01/04/09. Is it an expenses of financial year 2008-9 or 2009-10. If it is an expenses of FA-2008-9, can i deposite the TDS before 31/03/09?

Dear Deepak,
This is the expenses in FY 08-09, though the bill is in the month of March you can deposit TDS upto filling of tax return i.e.30th Sep 09.
