16 August 2014 For corporate assessee not under tax audit (Turn over is less than Rs. 1 Crore, profit less than 8%, not covered u/s 44AD) is it mandatory to upload scanned financial statements while filing ITR 6?

16 August 2014 While filing ITR6 of any company financial statements of company are required to be uploaded. It is required to be attached with Tax Audit Report. In your case Tax Audit isnot aapplicable since turnover is less than 100 crores.

16 August 2014 Correction it will Rs 100 Lacs and not 100 crores.

16 August 2014 Your reply is confusing. My question is for "non tax audit corporate assessee" there is no provision to upload scanned audited financial statement. Does not it mean that only in case of tax audit- whether corporate or non corporate assesee- scanned copy of financial audited statements to be uploaded? In other words- If no tax audit there is no need to upload scanned financial statements whatever be the status of the assessee. What i understand is correct? pls reply.
Thanks.

16 August 2014 for company is not takeing tax audit u/s 44AB. but under the company act you have to take audit report then you have to upload the B/s and P/L with auditor signature.

16 August 2014 While filing ITR no scanned copy of any document whatsoever is required to be uploaded. Only while filing Tax Audit scanned copy of Balance Sheet, P/L and all schedules required to be uploaded. Hope its clear.
