IS THERE ANY NOTIFICATION OR RULE IN AY 2011-12 THAT INCOME TAX RETURN IS NOT MANDATORY IF TAXABLE INCOME IS LESS THAN 5,00,000

Notification number 36/2011 dated 23/06/2011 exempts filing of return for AY 2011-12 subject to conditions mentioned therein.
