Income from winning the lottery

My brother has won a lottery of Rs. 7,30,000/- during last financial year, TDS at the rate of 30% has already deducted from this lottery income. He had some income from agriculture. He has to file ITR-2A. When we are login at income tax website for efilling, it ask to choose one option out of these two form i.e. ITR-1 Or ITR-4S to be filled. But there is no option of choosing ITR-2A, so please help me how and where we should file his ITR in ITR-2A form.

To file ITR-2A you have to download the Java Utility of ITR-2A and fill up all the details than generate the XML file and upload the same
