income from salary

08 February 2010 my salary is 1114000 pa and i have invested 100000 as sec 80c and i pay home loan where i pay 183000/- as interest alone on home loan. and mediclam 15000/-
now my employer is ready to give me fully support to adjest or form the salay formate which can reduce my tax liablity and tds.

my company has cut 90000/- tds till now.

suggest me how should i go ahead.

09 February 2010 you can take some reimbursement like till 15000 medical reimbursement. Telephone reimbursement, conveyance reimbursment etc
if house is not completed till then you can take HRA and give rent receipt. If this house in not in same town then also HRA can be claimed for permanent basis.
80DD and 80DDB is avaliable but only when treatement of dependent.
