15 June 2014 dear sir/madam how to compute income from house property where a part of the building is leased and balance part is let out for monthly rent

15 June 2014 leased on what basis? in the end both the leased part and rented out part would provide you annual income. (as far as computation of income from house property is concerned, both are one and the same thing.
