03 October 2014 I want to know the form no inc 21 there is requirement of stamp duty...please I didnt get that point please tell me what should I do, in this stamp duty how much rupee stamp require and what would right on stamp paper please sir sort out my query

# Write on the stamp paper the following sentence.

THIS FORMS PART OF e-FORM INC-21 OF ....Pvt LTD.

# Particulars of stamp paper may be filled in column 5 of e-form INC 21.

# PDF copy of the stamp paper may be attached with e-form INC 21 while uploading.
