21 August 2014 I have submitted INC 1 for the registration of name for a private ltd company.How long it take to know whether we are allotted the name submitted in INC 1?
How can we know about it?
Is there any method to trace the status of my application in MCA portal?

21 August 2014 1. No hard and fast rule for the time limit.

2. Log in to the MCA site. Under eforms, click "track transaction status". Enter SRN and start and end date in the column provided in the next appearing screen and click on 'search' button.

3. Result will be displayed in next appearing screen.
