What are the rights of a computer auditor? Can these rights be restricted by the terms of his appointment or in any other manner?

Madam Anushree, would you clarify what you mean by a "computer auditor"? Do you mean it is a systems auditor? Is it an audit under a specific act or ordered by a statutory body? Do let me know!
