• My personality is basically comprised of four traits. Introvert, deep-thinking, soft and innocent. I try to avoid confrontational situations by understanding that it is not worth to fight with an ignorant man.
• Where I am good at?
  • On a personal level : I am good at motivating people and understanding them. I am a patient listener, compassionate empathiser and kind to the extent of my constrains.
  • On a professional level : Hardworking to the extent of ridiculous amount of work ethics and an ability to manage difficult situations and pressuring tasks. I am very good at analysing events and data, and connecting dots is my speciality. I can think rationally and logically even at most depressing moments.
• What is my weakness?
  • On a personal level : I am too innocent to be made fun of people. I cannot understand sarcasm, I try to avoid people with whom I have a problem - especially people with over-the-sky-ego. Another weakness I have is, I would not compromise to anything that is not orderly or ethical unless, people's life is at stake.
  • On a professional level : I expect my teammates to be as committed as I am, or more. Anything less, I can't withstand. I believe that 100% effort is a necessity and not a courtesy.
• What is my dream?
  • On a personal level : I am aspiring to be a person who can leave something for this society. My personal goals include to write a book, become a teacher and journalist/columnist.
  • On a professional level : I want to be a CA, planning to do the following courses over next 10 years.

  • I also have two half baked dreams. To do a Ph.D in Economics and to write and clear IAAS of UPSC. But since these dreams conflict with my other goals, I have kept them in abeyance.
