hello.
my query is that why one should form HUF instead of other structures like company.

Basically HUF created for tax benefit purpose. HUF tax slabs are as same as individual not like flat 30% for corporates and it's is very beneficial for family owned business

Yes. Small or medium business can be done by HUF, incase large business always tax rate will affect
