what are the implication and rectification steps if the director become disqualified to be re appointed as director.

implication:
if he is disqualified then he cannot be appointed as director in any company for a period of 5 years and also cannot be reappointed in same co.
for rectifcation he needs to correct wat wrong actually he did and become disqualified u/s 164
