Can any body suggest me in which name DD should be prepared for transferring unpaid dividend to IEPF and also place of payable.

I believe it is to be deposited with PNB. DD should normally in favor of PNB ECE House- Govt. Dues(Unclaimed Dividend) of XYZ Limited A/c...replace your company's name. Check with local PNB branch for list of branches authorized to transfer funds to IEPF
