Identity card didnot received with reg. latter

02 March 2012 this matter is regarding for ca final student. my brother is reg.for articlship and reg. latter of articleship was received by him already but he did not received identity card which is necessary requirement for the purpose of membership so please guide me how to he apply for identity card from institute of c a

The attached card duly filled in with latest passport size photograph of student and signed by the employer and the student at the appropriate places only should be sent alongwith form ‘103’. The Identity Card will be stamped by the Institute and returned to the student in a plastic cover along with the registration letter. The Identity Card shall be compulsory to all the students and will be valid for three years/3 ½ years as the case may be from the date of registration. In case of transfer/extension of articled service, the card shall be required to be re-issued for the balance/extended period. I will suggest you to contact Institute where you filed the same.
