I have closed my business, so there is no any income with me now, i am only a simple housewife only. Can i exempted from filing the ITRs.?

You are required to file your return if you have income is above Basic Exemption limit.
Income means with out deducuting the Deduction of chapter VI-A.
Hence you are not required!
