26 April 2011 Experts, I have e-filed my ITR for the AY 2009-10 & 2010-11 but still I din't get any refunds from the ITD. Now what/how should I do to get it since other people are getting their refunds.

26 April 2011 You can write to your AO.

If you do not get any reply in 20-30 days.

Write to the ACIT (respective range)..with the copy of earlier correspondence.

If even then you do not receive any reply, the you can write to the IT OMBUDSMAN (with the copies of all earlier correspondences.

You will get the refund.
