12 November 2013 i-t filing for a.yr 10-11 can it be done now.... or it should be done from 11-12???

it is for salaried employee,
having salary of 4 lkhs p.a
lic payments
housing loan repayments der
tuitons fees der

housing loan interest part is max 1,50,000 right and principal is 80 c???

13 November 2013 ITR for AY 2010-11 and 2011-12 cannot be filed now. You can file AY 2012-13 and AY 2013-14 under section 139(4). If you want to file for earlier years, it can only be done if Income tax department issues 142(1) or section 148 notice.
