If X has got a piece of Agricultural land from his father in inherentence.Can he show the Income from such Agriculture Land as the Income of his HUF consisting of Him,Wife and daughter.
Or weather he is bound to show the Income of Agriculture land in his personal return.He is Filing both Personal & HUF return for his other Non-agricultural Incomes.

It depends on how you inherited the Agricultural land is it by way of will or just inheritance. If it is not by way of will giving land specifically to HUF then it is individual income but if it is the property of your grand father then you can treat this as HUF property
