PLEASE CONFIRM CAN WE DEPOSIT CASH 40000-50000 (BELOW EXEMPTION LIMIT 250000) IN SAVING BANK OF HUF AS GIFT TO INCREASE CAPITAL OF HUF OR HOW TO INCREASE HUF CAPITAL EXCEPT GIFTS BY CHEQUE FROM OTHERS

Yes the HUF can receive gifts from its members. Members of HUF are relatives for an HUF. Capital can also be increased by some ancestral property.
