If a Karta of HUF dies then seniormost male member of family becomes karta. Is it necessary to change PAN card or the same will continue with different karta and different signature. As NSDL is asking for change of PAn. Please guide

old HUF will remain same and co-pancer will be new karta, he will furnish his own pan details for taking post of karta, but HUF pan card details will remain same, except the karta ( which is not displayed on pan of HUF)
