Hey I have a registered agreement for rented property. The agreement is in the name of my father, and also 50% of the total rent is paid by me rest by my father through account payee cheques.Also we posess the rent reciepts of the same.
Wheather I m eligible for the HRA exemption.

Yes. you can claim, if the Rent receipts are in your name
