07 January 2014 dear friends recent notification of tax dept for hra claim exceeding rs 1 lacs p.a. shall be supported with pan of landlord but come we in co shall take it from employees pl guide and if possible share the format for investment proof collection from employees thanks in advance

07 January 2014 Rent Receipt and PAN must be submitted by employee to employer whether whatever the amount of HRA claim. So you can ask epmloyees to submit rent recipt to avail HRA deduction.
