i am an ipcc student doing bcom(correspondence).i have the idea of registering company secretary foundation course so that i can give my foundation exam on june 2011(after ipcc may 2011).
icai says that only one course is permitted along with ca. how will icai find wether i am doing bcom or not. can i wrongly disclose form 112.

For pursuing any other course of study (other than graduation course) the previous permission of the Council shall have to be obtained by the articled/audit assistants in accordance with Regulations 65 and 78.
IN case form 112 is not submitted with 30 days of joining the course the procedure laid down in chapter 30 for condo nation of delay in non-submission of form will apply.
I would advise you to avoid deliberate delay in submission of form 112.
