How to submit response to 143(1)(a) communication from cpc

Hello Sir,
I would like to ask help on submitting the response to 143(1)(a) communication from CPC for my father. I noted that I had mentioned the tax deducted by bank under TDS(2) "details of tax deducted at source other than salary" while submit ITR return for my father but forgot to fill the same in B3 section "Income from other sources". Now Since I recieved the communication from CPC for the same amount saying : Income appearing in Form 26AS which has not been calculated in total income tax return, and I would like to DISAGREE and submit the reason as I mentioned here that I forgot to mention in B3 sesction but claimed in TDS(2) section. Kindly help me to guide under which section in disagree reply I should mention this. Is that under TDS deducted in advance or some other. Thanks.
