I HAVE A FRIEND TO WHOM I WOULD LIKE TO HELP IN E-FILLING OF IT RETURN. HE IS ALREADY REGISTERED BUT THE ISSUE IS RELATING TO PW, I HAVE ALREADY SENT A MAIL YESTERDAY TO REGISTERED SITE OF IT DEPTT AS PER THEIR REQUIREMENT BUT ONLY SYSTEM GENERATED MAIL RECD. SO PLS SUGGEST ME TO DO SO.

has your client filed return last year? if yes, then use the acknowledgment no and the bank details to recover password. Or you can obtain a DSC to recover password using DSC.
sending email doesnt help much these days as the department rarely gives u the password.
