How to reply to ROC for notice issued U/S 92/96/129/137 r/w 403 of the COMPANIES ACT, 2013..if company was not in operation since its incorporation and no compliances has been done after incorporation

1. Please check whether 'name strike off' is possible in your case. Relevant notification is in https://www.caclubindia.com/experts/capital-requirement-for-pvt-ltd-as-per-name-2270579.asp
2. If not ,update all pending matters which is very costly and also can invite punishment from court.
