How to reply notice of income tax department?

30 March 2016 sIR,

i had file ITR 1 for the AY 2015-16 in which i have to paid tax ,but by mistake without making payment , i have upload the return,but same day i had made an payment which is already a great mistake.
i have got a letter from IT
Annexure -A

This letter is given to me, i want to rectified but reftification request is not valid ,i want to know whether i have to prepare new itr 1 and again i have to submitted the return or what?
please help

31 March 2016 You can use online response system to give details of your SA tax payment and can file revised return u/s 139(9) as per your notice requirenment

31 March 2016 IS IT NECESSARY FOR THE RETAIL TRADER TO OBTAIN VAT NUMBER IF HIS TURNOVER EXCEED 10K PA NNUM. Many of the retailer are the retailer are there who has more than 10lac but they donnot have vat number.
