how to prepare for law pcc paper?

hey everyone, i've already sat in 3 pcc attempts and in each attempt i favoured the first group. in 2 attempt i scored an exemption in accounts with 70+ marks which means now i require 40 each in auditing and law. for 3 attempt i prepared these two papers to the best of my level, but i was unable to attempt the law paper. can anyone plz tell me how should i prepare for these two papers specially the law paper?

Firstly comlet Company Law aspects
Then do Business Laws,
Then Communication & Ethics.
Finally comlet other aspects.
For company Law & Business Law i perfer N.D. Kapoor.
Do the all practicle problems in each topics. & dont loose courage.
