i was raising invoice Middle of October 17 one firm under GST Regular with E-Way Bill . but The company name was change on October 1 onwards .
The supplier was asking Please change this invoice with new firm . how to change this invoice

you need to enter the stock as of the month end, for each month. No need to pass journal entry as such.
Click on Stock in trade and a screen will appear which gives the list of months. You need to enter the figure in the space provided for each month
