15 January 2010 Hi,

I want to appeal against an order issued by AO in the follwing cases:

1.Addition made in capital account from the proceeds of agriculure land and, shop sold by assesee in which renovation was made by assesee but as per AO no detail was shown in the valuation report shown by assesee.

2. electricity exp claimed by assesee for building used for residential purposes.

3. Disallowance of unvouched expenses.

Kindly send me facts of appeal asap.

15 January 2010 Hire a Consultant for the same.

If you can do it yourself then file form no. 35 in duplicate along with statement of facts, copy of assessment order and demand notice.
